It was too hot to even go outside.

artwork for final projects. stressful but exhilarating...

and I was told by my classmate on Tuesday that I was featured in some men's fashion blog called Definitive Touch, I didn't even know... but it was a pleasant surprise!

— I got invited to an art show put together by my friends. She and her roommate started this thing where they invite around 5 local artists and have an exhibition at their apartment and people would come to see the works. It happens every 2 months. I missed the 1st one, and the 2nd one is TOMORROW, so I must come to show support as well as look at the wall space to brainstorm for the work I will make for the 3rd show in June.

— Then, my school is having their First Annual Short Film Festival. My Animation professor encouraged us all to turn at least something in, so I did. I turned in this 30 second clip I made in flash class called "Flavor of Life" referencing my childhood story, remember when old folks scared you that if u eat fruits and swallow seed, it's gonna grow out from inside you? yes! then I realized later as I grow up, nothing lasts, there is happiness along with sadness, just like the flavor of life is not sweet, but bittersweet. And yes, the title is a homage to Hikki's song.

they emailed me back and said that I got in the Film Festival! yay!
