Here it is, my double photoshoots in collaboration with Vanessa from The Haute Pursuit. I know I always say this, but these shoots are my best to date. And that's good you know? To say that your latest work is your best because it shows you have grown and evolving to be a finer creative. This first set is inspired by Film Noir, and the films of Wong Kar Wai, and Pedro Almodovar, also the title came from the 60's song called "She's Not There" by the Zombies. Thanks to Melissa Araujo for her clothing pieces which Vanessa wears in the first 2 photos! And also thanks to Carlie Wong for letting us borrow the sequins gown that Vanessa wears towards the end of this editorial! Enjoy!

Take care. Maybe one day you'll escape your past.
If you do, look for me.

BONUS: ALTERNATE EDITORIAL
And here is the alternate editorial, or rather, the alternate ending. You know when you watch a film and there are 2 endings?! Yes! It's like this. But here is a more strong-willed and fierce Vanessa. I call her VANESSA 2.0! lol. Thanks to Bernard for getting in touch with Obakki and asking to borrow some of their clothing pieces which Vanessa wears in the first 3 photos!

In addition to art you also know fashion, hair, makeup... The whole package. Loving this photoshoot. What I love about this photoshoot is that it's packed full of emotions and mysteries (when is it not?!). So dramatic! Thank you for this original feast for the eyes. I'd love to get a print one day and have you sign it before you're too famous! (hang it on my wall...perhaps Jerry Dang? LOL.. Vanessa is great!) I'm going to say that my favorite photo is Vanessa on the table looking out the window with the lit lamp. That picture is just stunning. Nghe thuat...nghe thuat...
