As you know, I was in Vancouver, BC Canada for my spring break last week. Thank you to my dear friend Peter for letting me crash at his beautiful and compact downtown apartment! OK, so you're probably wanting to ask me how did I like Vancity? I think it's a beautiful city, very "green" and eco friendly since it's near the mountains and water. Everything is fresh and beautiful, fresh seafoods too! MMMMM! However, it's too laid-back for me. I'm used to the hustle bustle of New York City. This is a great place to have kids and raise a family, to be in tuned with nature and grow up properly, no need for rushing. One thing though, the weather OH THE WEATHER!!! All I gotta say is it can rain with a drop of a hat! GET YOUR UMBRELLA-ELLA-ELLA ready!

Thanks to Vanessa for bringing me to (POWER) Yoga class with her, I've been meaning to do it but wasn't sure where or what to start with... but oh man! after the Power class with V... I'm hooked. I was sweating up a storm, I never sweat so much in my life AND I'M FROM VIETNAM!!! I think I lost 10 pounds. I need to get into Yoga more. Tone my body up as well as clearing my mind.
