It's been a while since I last blog. And you know, I only post things when I'm inspired or when I want to share a new understanding that hopefully encourages you somehow. Life has not been so kind the past few months. Since quitting my last job, I've been hustling and searching for new ones, some freelance gig here and there but not enough to survive in the big city. Maybe I'm making it difficult for myself? Regardless, I'm still here goddamnit!!! I have really high hopes about the future, my future, our future.

I really love this article from Complex magazine that talks about the Rules for Success; especially what Allan Yu said: ”Fuck the mantra 'Go Big or Go home.' You ever realize that the people who say that are the ones that don't go big at all? Take the big picture and break it into small pieces, stay home, and work on bits of it everyday.”

I kinda agree. It's a lot about self-discipline, day in and day out with dedication.

I recently got into this 60-day fitness challenge called "Insanity" and so far, it is quite insane!!! Like the first day, I was doing all kinds of exercises and I was sweating up a storm, laying on the floor... about to throw up! I'm on day 4 now... it's really hard work but it does make your body feel tighter. This is from day 2, I was knocked out after a sweat session. I felt like dissipating while taking this cat nap:
