Hello! Hello! Hello!
WELCOME TO MY BRAND NEW BLOG! Redesigned and reimagined by me, with the help of the sweet Fleur on web developing and making sure everything linked seamlessly. I designed the interface, she handled the coding. What more can one ask for right?! Beautiful collaboration, if I do say so myself! :)

I've been missing in action this last month, due solely to having adult chickenpox — it was painfully paralyzing. All the blisters grew everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE! I remember brushing my teeth one day and spitting out blood because there were bumps inside my mouth. But I've recovered and have been better since then, just now waiting for the dark spots to fade. And you know what they say, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger right?

I stayed in the house almost 3 weeks, in pain, but fueled with inspiration... so I took it out on my blog and decided it's time to give it a deserving facelift. I'm craving honest, barebones minimal design. If you know my work, it is far from minimal — which is exactly why I want to challenge myself to streamline it down.

And what better way to recuperate than ending the month with a trip to Iceland with some of my magical friends. This was the first time in Iceland for most of us and it was incredible. Nature is so honest and patient, which inspires me to be do the same in my life and in my work — to strive for the uncontrived.
