DESTINY'S CHILDREN

I've been extremely busy with school (hence the lack of blogging). But guess what? TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY! OCT. 24! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!! :D I had Autumn break 2 weeks ago, so I treated myself a roundtrip ticket to San Francisco as an early birthday gift. It's funny, when I was on the plane, I saw this quote on a brochure, by George Burns: “Happiness is having a large, loving, caring, close-knit family in another city.”

I've been visiting New York way too much recently, so I had to show my Cali friends some love again! I didn't take much pictures like I have before. I thought I was falling out of love with SF, until the last day before I leave, myself, Melisa and Tam all went to Fort Funston beach to watch the sunset, with some red wine and pâté. It revived my love for SF...

I can always find the time to lay out in the sand.
Watching as the waves roll by, it makes me understand...
what it is to make a life that means a little more.
Seems so easy to forget what we're all looking for!

I don't know where I'm going just yet. Skipping work and I don't need to excuse it. As long as that floating feeling I get in the moment, makes it really worth it...

I bought a 20 oz can of Sapporo beer from the Japanese market, getting drunk on the streets of Japantown at 7 in the evening! ahahaha! I don't even feel any excitement for my birthday anymore... maybe it's because I'm always trying to live everyday like it's my birthday! CELEBRATE YOUR LIFE! :)
