Dark Paradise
3.28.12
Living in a big city like New York can be lonely. The kind of loneliness you grow to become good friends with. Believe everything you hear about this city; from how alone you can feel drifting in a sea full of people to the beautiful cityscape overshadowing the gritty rat-governed subway stations. It is all so beautiful and dirty at the same time, almost like a dark paradise.
I love you, New York... but you're bringing me down. I'm not one to feel sorry for myself—that's the last thing on my mind. However, I've always been an optimistic pessimist (if that makes sense) I can feel the joy while experiencing something sad and vice versa.

I feel the same about los angeles. Even with the most glamorous of friends you surround yourself with. It still feels like its every man for himself. Its unfortunate but, everyone wants a piece of that award winning Hollywood pie.
ReplyDeleteCome to sunny California and hang out with my friends and I! I can guarantee that you won't feel lonely :D
