CLOSENESS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DISTANCE

This is part 4 of 4 from my mini-summer break in New York this past weekend. I met up with Raffaele and Peter to have an impromptu photoshoot at Chelsea Piers. It was a beautiful day, we finished less than 1 hour, because it was getting too hot.

We saw this new Blackberry ad painted on the wall, it said: "Closeness has nothing to do with distance." And Raff commented on how it was very telling of this trip. It can be interpreted in many ways, but the most obvious would be: you can be close to someone emotionally (spiritually), not physically, so if it's not physically close, then distance doesn't matter. Or let's say, it was very telling because this trip was my very first time meeting Raff and Peter, and we interacted as if we already hung out with each other before... and they live in Vancouver. You can still be close, even if you're from far away. So I decided to use that phrase as the name for this editorial, because it really embodies this trip.

P.S. doesn't Raff look like Marc Jacobs in some angles?! lol! craziness!

SO HOT IN HERE, FEELS LIKE A JUNGLE!

This is part 3 of 4 from my mini-summer break in New York this past weekend. May and I met up with Silvena and Athina, as well as Ebony to stop by Yvan's work place, to grab dinner and hookups on the drinks! YES! We then heard about a party called StyleCaster from my friend Izzy which I had to RSVP, it was Santo's Party House! We came there and they didn't even care, so we walked right in, the party was POPPIN!! The band just finished playing, so we all hopped on stage and dance the whole night. I've never danced so hard in my life!

I had a photoshoot with my new friend Raffaele (thanks to Peter), I'm editing the finishing touches, and it's turning out amazing, I cannot wait to premiere it next blog on entry on part 4.

NOW, OUR SYMPHONY IS THE ONLY SONG TO SING

This is part 2 of 4 from my mini-summer break in New York this past weekend. On sundays, we all know that Greenhouse is where it's at! Gay night. Free cover charge. Everyone come dressed crazy/fashionable, anything they want! I met up with my good friend Peter after all these years! He brought his crew all the way from Vancouver! I also met up with Thuan and his crew! We all were in the same place at the same time, sharing so much fun. My voice is still lost, and it's been 5 days since that night! Crazy!
