At this same time, 2 weeks ago... I was in Sai Gon, Viet Nam... singing Karaoke with friends... together one last night before I went back to the States. :(

More pictures from my Viet Nam trip last month, :) This was a few days before I came back to the US. I woke up early today around 9 am, met up with MT, we went to the Church of Mary... beautiful church as well as the surrounding. Took many pictures. Then went to a middle eastern cafe which has amazing natural lighting.

Later, he had to go to class, so he drove me home around 1 PM, I went in and took a nap, and woke up thinking all that just happened was a dream... until I look at the camera again, and realized it wasn't. Cause I am not used to wake up so early during vacations. hehe...

Why do I feel so sad, but for no reason! an unknown sadness.



Yet another entry on my trip back to Viet Nam last month. I still have many pictures left to post, and more from the countryside too.

But for now, it's another day in the city meeting up with a few friends. First, met up with Khiem then next day went shopping at Kendu, then the next night I called ms Kim out to meet up with Red.

MAYBE IN MAGAZINES, BUT YOU STILL BE MY STAR

So I am back here in the US. *sighhhhhhhh. sad! I cried a lot the first night, sleeping alone... in the dark, thinking about the winter coming soon, I'll be all by myself again. I miss Viet Nam so much!!!

BUT, I have to stay positive, and continue towards my goals.


Anyway, this entry is special because back in June... my friend, Huy Vo who is an upcoming fashion designer that is currently working in Viet Nam now after studying in Cali and New York. He sent over his latest collection for me to edit for him, like fixing the colors and remove any excess elements.

And now it got print in a pretty well-known magazine, Doanh Nhân Sài Gòn. Oh wow... the actual product looked wonderful printed. Chị Kim helped me buy 10 copies!! haha... I left 3 copies signed for my friends in Viet Nam, LOL!

So yeah, I'm credited as Giám Đốc Sáng Tạo, which is Creative Directior in vietnamese. Man oh man! It might seem little to you, but this is like my first accomplishment ever in life. My first print and all.

This magazine is weekly, so last week I was featured, then the coming issue, MT was featured, so we both met up to have a drink and sorta... celebrate! Also, we exchanged autographs haha... it was lovely!
