Here I go again, talking about self-love. But you know, a lot of people don't love themselves enough. Since my last post, life really got better. I landed an amazing new freelance job that I am so in love with. It's literally what I do everyday that has now become my profession (ah! pinch me!)... but I realize that seeking solitude is so crucial for a creative soul. I sometimes find myself very lonely and misunderstood; but that's the nature of being an artist. Not everyone will get you, but when you find those who do get you, it'll make it much sweeter.

I've been making it a habit to always buy flowers for myself (and my apartment) every weekend. There's one vital thing it makes me realize: everything that blooms will eventually perish; just like our daily lives, if you can fall in love, you can also fall out of love. The bigger challenge (and lesson) is how you let it go and move forward. But first — fall in love with yourself! Be young. Be dope. Be proud!
