AND ALL THOSE FLAMES THAT BURNED BEFORE HIM
Pedro Almodóvar, one of my favorite filmmakers! His films are very eclectic — colorful, artful and flavorful! They all have themes like prostitution, transsexuality, homosexuality, religion (catholicism), friendships, passion, jealousy, family bonds, incest, death, revenge, humor, child molestation, depression, and of course, love. And sometimes all of those themes are featured in one! His films are in spanish, but don't worry, they all have english subtitles.
The storylines are twisted but real, because that's how the world is. Lots of bad romances. My favorites include Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Volver, Bad Education, Talk to Her, Law of Desire, Broken Embraces, etc... here are a few screen shots from Bad Education, and Volver. My top 2 favorites!

NEW SKETCH
I did this sketch in the spirit of Almodóvar's films.
It's somewhat a homage, I suppose.

WHAT I WORE - BONUS SHOTS!
These are the extra bonus shots I took whenever I take my What I Wore Today photo. Since it's already end of June, half of the year already, I wanted to do a round up. I added an editorial, graphic touch to these to make it a little more spicy! :)
The reason why I jump in my pictures is simply because ANYBODY can stand and take a good picture, but it's hard to jump AND take a good picture, therefore, I want to challenge myself, and not bore my viewers.

KNICK KNACK, PADDY WHACK
So I just got back from SF trip 2 days ago. It is cold here as it was in SF.
I love the cold, but somehow this winter, I hate it.
I yearn for the summer warmth!
anyhow, big thanks to Melisa Moo for letting me stay at her place.
There's a persimmon tree at her house, and of course it has so many ripe fruits. (mmm!)
okay picture time! we cruised thru downtown SF, japantown, de young museum, and stopped by a knick knack Art shop.

stayed tune for more pictures!!
especially the ones I took on the last day of the trip, omg... LOL!!!
